What are Bri's Food Standards?
All of these places are what I like to call food standards approved, meaning they fit the dietary requirements I follow. Look for #thefoodstandards on Instagram, a hashtag I have created, to know where you can avoid the 7 nasties ( gluten, sugar, dairy, casein, corn, peanuts, and soy). Due to some health conditions I prefer to eat a certain way and try my best to adhere to my standards when abroad but it is hard, plus you gotta have a pizza or a local dessert every once and a while! If you have allergy or any issues with those foods you know the foods on this page are safe for you!
